BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is now offering health savings accounts (HSAs) to individual and family members on ACA plans. Members can sign up for a WealthCare Saver HSA for only $2.25 per month. Members also have access to a dedicated online portal and member services center through AccrueHealth.

Reminder: All bronze plans purchased on the Exchange are now HSA-qualified in 2026.

How Eligible Members Can Sign Up:

1. Members interested in creating an HSA should navigate to this form in My Health Toolkit®.
   - To access, go to the top of the homepage and follow this path: My Plan & Benefits tab → Spending Accounts → Health Savings Account.
2. Agents can provide the form to their members and send it in on their behalf to the below email address or via mail.

Once the form is filled in, members can submit it by email to HSA.Marketplace@bcbssc.com or by direct mail to this address:
